The short version
We collect the minimum data needed to run this shop and, with your permission, to understand what's working on the site. We do not sell your data. You can change your mind about analytics cookies at any time.
What we collect
- Essential cookies: session and security cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the checkout flow. These are always on and do not require consent under DPDPA 2023 or the EU GDPR.
- Analytics cookies (with consent): Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. Default is denied — analytics only fires after you click "Accept analytics" in the banner. We receive aggregated reports; we do not receive raw personal identifiers.
- Order information: when you buy something, we store your name, delivery address, phone number, email, and order history so we can fulfil, ship, and support your purchase.
- Contact form submissions: whatever you type into the contact form, plus your email, so we can write back.
Who we share with
- Payment processor — to take your payment. We never see or store your card details.
- Delivery partner — your name, address, and phone number, so the parcel arrives.
- Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — only if you have granted analytics consent. Data is processed in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- No one else. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and the EU GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Correct data that's wrong.
- Delete data we no longer need to keep.
- Withdraw consent — including analytics consent, at any time, by clearing cookies for this site or emailing us.
- Lodge a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.
